About Me

Persistant Pains

by Loren
(Atlanta, GA, USA)

Having persistent issues with tendinitis in many ways has completely changed my life. My job, was primarily data entry and recording, and this has impaired how much work I can do and accept. The constant typing and movements, took a toll on my wrist and fingers.

Over a decade of doing the same tasks, led up to the pain in my left arm. I can literally feel it snap if my arm is fully extended. Using my left arm repetitively is extremely painful, but the pain also stays sometimes for days, and makes sleep difficult. One of the worse parts is never knowing when the pain will hit. Driving is difficult when an unexpected pain hits me out of nowhere.

The inflammation of my arm makes reaching for things in the home, or even exercising difficult. The one thing I've noticed that helps me with the pain are turmeric capsules. They are supposed to be anti-inflammatory, and I feel they work fast and are very effective.
