Physiotherapy While Pregnant

Coming into my seventh month of pregnancy it feels like my body has started to fall apart.
Being my first pregnancy I'm not used to all the things that happen with changes in my body. Recently I received some physiotherapy to ease several problems. I was diagnosed with varicose veins and have also had quite a lot of back pain due to my height and pregnancy.
I was treated with massage for my wrist and given several stretches to continue with over the next weeks until my next session. I was also prescribed to wear a wrist brace. Both the exercises and brace have been very effective and the numbness I originally felt has subsided.
With the back pain I was again treated with massage and with concentrated pressure on various points of my lower back and glutes. While this has been effective, back troubles are a constant bother.
