Sony Headphones and Comply Foam Tips: A Winning Combination!

by Paula
(Oregon)

I searched and searched for headphones, but I just couldn’t find what I wanted. So being the hack that I am, I hacked some audio products and now have an excellent set of headphones.

Here’s what I did. I bought a set of Sony headphones/earbuds, model MDREX36V. Then I bought some Comply TX-400 Foam Tips. I removed the foam ear part from the Sony headphones and replace them with the Comply foam tips.

Why am I a fan of the Comply foam tips? They have integrated Wax-Guard that prevents wax from entering the sound port. Also, they are made from unique breathable super soft memory foam activated by your body heat. No more sore ears from wearing the headphones too long. They expand to fill the ear canal completely, so no more falling out while exercising. And they seal the ear canal so there’s no external noise interference.

Try it. I think you’ll love them as much as I do!
