About Me

Squier 15 Guitar Amp

by Joca
(Belgrade, Serbia)

I've been using this inexpensive light amp for a long time. It is basically a practice amp, so you can't use it for a live gig, only maybe if you're playing alone in a small room. Its power is 15 Watts and has one input and also output for headphones so you can use it not to disturb your neighbors.

It has only clean channel, but you can crank up volume and gain and get some really nice crunchy distortion. It has altogether 6 knobs: volume, gain, master, bass, middle and treble. Anyway after maybe 10 years of using it, it still works perfectly. I have other amps but this one is really compact and light, so I can take it everywhere for band practice.

It’s a good amp for beginners, it very cheap, you just need to get some chorus, overdrive or other kinds of pedals for the sound you are going for, because this amp doesn’t have any effects.
